Why it Works

Houston Fit works because it follows the successful format of the USA Fit program, which has been refined and improved over the past 12 years. The Runner's World Golden Shoe Award winning USA Fit programs have improved the health, fitness and wellness of thousands of people each year throughout the USA, Canada and around the world. Our Houston Fit coaches are certified by USA Fit, and have successfully completed many marathons themselves. We coach from personal experience in completing the USA Fit program in Houston or other cities, and we're excited to share our experience with the community of Central Houston.
